WELCOME TO SOUND PILATES & PHYSICAL THERAPY SOUND PILATES & PHYSICAL THERAPY (formerly Saugatuck Studios) is proud to serve our Westport area community since 2011. We offer Group Equipment classes, Physical Therapy, privates, duets. We are an education center + are proud to be the first branch of the Kane School/Kinected Pilates Comprehensive Teacher-Training, well-known for its combining of the traditional Pilates repertory with an intensive study of anatomy, biomechanics, injuries + palpation skills.
