Eva R. Zimmerman, MD

Description

Dr. Eva Zimmerman is a passionate and outgoing internist. She graduated from Union College as a Biology/Sociology double major. She completed medical school at the Jacobs School of Medicine in her hometown of Buffalo, NY. She graduated at the top of her medical school class and always knew she wanted to pursue a career in primary care. She completed her residency at the Yale Primary Care Internal Medicine program, where she was chosen as the recipient of the Rosenbaum Primary Care Recognition Award. Dr. Zimmerman is particularly interested in preventative medicine, and comprehensive chronic disease management. She is looking forward to forming longstanding relationships with her patients and helping her patients work towards their health goals. She is tremendously excited to join the Internal Medicine Associates of Westport.
